This American style IPA is made in the tradition of the heavier Ale. It is full-bodied, with deep amber and reddish hues. It’s tropical, citrusy, grapefruit notes and toasty amber malt balances the clean, hop-filled, bitter finish.
Recommended to be brewed with:
- 1 kg Light Dry Malt
- Or 1 kg Corn Sugar
- Or 1 kg Brew Enhancer (½ Malt Extract & ½ Dextrose)
- Coopers Carbonation Drops
