Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you may return or exchange them in-store or by mail within 7 days of purchase. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and returned in new condition, along with the original packaging. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. A store credit will be applied to:  returns made with a gift receipt.  For Fresh Juices and Concentrates, if the tear tab is removed from the product, unfortunately we are unable to give the client a refund for an exchange.

Returning items by mail: Items may be returned by mail with the original receipt. Please indicate on the back of the receipt, or in an attached letter, the reason for the return. Specify if you would prefer a credit to your original form of payment or an exchange. For all exchanges, please let us know what you would like in place of the items being returned. Pack and seal the items securely (in the original packaging if possible). Packages must be returned prepaid. Unfortunately, we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

All returns and exchanges must be authorized by a sales representative. Only authorized returns and exchanges are accepted and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 7 days from the date of purchase.

For your own protection, you may wish to send your return items by insured parcel post or courier.

For Wines made in-store: If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your wine order, please contact Carmen Musca, and she will be more than happy to accommodate your needs.

Please note, it is important to store your wine at the appropriate temperature. We recommend all wines be stored at 10º C or 50º F. Storing finished wine in a wine fridge is recommended for aging beyond 3 months.
