Coopers Stout is dark brown in colour with a persistent head, resembling espresso creamer. It also has a blend of coffee, chocolate and grain aromas, with exceptional mouthfeel and dark malt characteristics.  The combination of malt tannins and hop bitterness results in a dry finish  This can be consumed young or cellared for a number of years.

Recommended to be brewed with:

  • 1 kg Corn Sugar
  • Or 1 kg Brew Enhancer (½ Malt Extract & ½ Dextrose)
  • Coopers Carbonation Drops
