Micro-Brew – Cascade Blonde
This “single hop” has refreshing tones of grapefruit and citrus notes, which is an iconic trait of Cascade hops. Malted wheat is also added to give the beer roundness and a beautiful creamy head. Quebec’s (Beauce Region) Cascade hops give this beer a character that true beer lovers will appreciate.
Micro-Brew – I.P.A. Indian Pale Ale
The Indian Pale Ale is a copper-coloured beer with malt and caramel flavours. A fresh hop blast slowly fades away and the malt creeps up gently upon the initial taste. A refreshing, lingering after taste will appeal to most IPA beer lovers.
Micro-Brew – Northern Brown Ale
This Northern Brown Ale has hints of caramel, biscuits, and is well balanced on the hops side. It is endowed with a beautiful amber colour and a generous portion of hops.

This slightly hazy beer has the aromas of black pepper, liquorice, curry, and subtle citrus. It comes with 1 once of Columbus Hops for dry hopping, which should be added 3 days before bottling. Perfect for hoppy beer lovers.
