This Pale Ale Beer Kit uses Empire Ale yeast and is dry-hopped with Simcoe and Chinook hops for a tropical fruit and earthy grapefruit character.

Recommended to be brewed with:

• 1 kg Corn Sugar
• Or Spraymalt
• Or 1 kg Brew Enhancer (½ Malt Extract & ½ Dextrose)
• Carbonation Drops
