- 11 L glass carboy can be used for making Ice Wine, Port, Sherry and storing fresh water.
- 18.9 L glass carboy can be used for making wine with fresh juices after you have fermented it in a 23 L glass carboy.
- 23 L glass carboy can be used for making wine with concentrates after you have fermented it in a 30 L fermenter.
- All carboys use a #6.5 stopper.
