Description
The Weizenbier is a white beer with a high bitterness, originally brewed in Bavaria, Germany. It is made from 50% barley and 50% wheat, which gives it an amber colour. Added to this is a touch of roasted malt, which brings body and complexity to the finished beer. Hops are present in the mouth with a small resinous side, quicky followed by an explosion of grapefruit and floral aromas.
